The remote computer using Windows tools

Microsoft Windows has a facility "Remote Desktop" which can be used remotely to other computers are connected in a network. Usually a network administrator to use this feature to perform remote on another computer, the configuration remotely on a computer without having to be directly on the computer.

There are several steps that must be done to use this facility.

In this article it is assumed there are two computers that are connected in a local network (LAN), namely: Computer Server (IP: 192.168.0.1) and the Computer Client (IP: 192.168.0.2).

Add User and password that will diremote on the client computer by doing a configuration in Control Panel - User Accounts.

Furthermore, to do a remote on the client computer, on computer servers run the tool "Remote Desktop Connection" that existed in the Accessories - Communications. Enter the IP client computer at the Computer: with IP 192.168.0.2, then click the "Connect".

Enter your client username and password that was created in the previous step, then click ok button.
