Wirelessnetview is a really simple application which run directly without installing you just download its .zip file and start using it you can know a couple of important things about active connections which can help you monitoring them if you are admin or help you connecting with them knowing which is good for you if they are open networks it also tells you which connection is open for everyone and which is not.
It tells you a couple of important information wireless network name (SSID), connection’s signal strength, average signal strength which is more accurate, tells how many times a connection was detected, if the connection is connectable or not, tells if the security on a wireless network is enabled or not and first & last detected times and some more information.
